The benefits of staging a home have been well documented. Studies show  that staging helps sell a home faster and for a higher price.  According to  the National Association of REALTORS®, 88 percent of home buyers begin their search online. This means amazing photographs are incredibly important when selling your home. When a home is well staged, it photographs well and makes the kind of first impression that encourages buyers to take the  next step: writing a full or over asking price offer!

You never a second chance to make a first impression. It will only take seconds for a buyer to make a decision regarding your property. Capture buyers at first glance!

Investment in staging can bring a higher overall sales price. According to the National Association of REALTORS, the average staging investment is about one percent of the home’s asking price and typically generates a return of eight to ten percent.  In our experience staging homes and we at Strictly Staging know this to be true!

A measurable difference in time and money

The Real Estate Staging Association studied 1,081 homes that were previously on the market not staged. These 1,081 homes sat on the market, on average, for 184 days before the homeowners gave up and called in a professional home stager. After these same homes were staged they received offers, on

average, 41 days after being professionally staged.

This is 90% less time on the market!!

Homes staged before being listed spent an average of only 23 days on market! A well staged home saves home  sellers time and money!

Staging also helps to keep more money in a seller's pocket.  Homes that are professionally staged look more “move-in ready” and that makes them far more appealing to potential buyers.
